Parties are advised to seek the consent of their adversary party to the use of the ADR-TG platform for the purposes of administration of its court-annexed mediation. As the ADR-TG cannot compel a counter-party to cooperate, the ADR-TG does not warrant that loading a matter onto the platform will, despite the ADR-TG's best efforts result in its matter advancing to mediation.
